Recipe for Jhatpat Dosa

This is a Recipe for preparing Jhatpat or Quick Dosa. A simple Dosa recipe to prepare Dosa; again can be used as part of packed lunch for school going kids.

Preparing the Dosa Batter for this Jhatpat Dosa is very easy and all that is needed in to mix the ingredients, which, I have given and keep them aside for about two hours.

Ingredients
1 Cup thin Rawa
1 Cup Rice Aata
1 Cup Maida
1 Cup Curd
Salt to taste
Oil

Preparation
Take the Rawa, Rice Aata, Maida, Curd, Salt and 2 table spoon hot oil, mix well and keep aside for 2 hours.
After that prepare Dosa on a Frying Pan or Non Stick Tava.
Serve with Chutney or Sauce
