This is a step by step Recipe for preparing Vegetarian Tomato Omelet. The Tamatar Ka Omelette is a tasty and crisp Snacks recipe which makes the use of Gram Atta and Tomato as the main ingredients.
2 Cup Gram Atta (Chana dal Atta)
2 Table spoon Rice Atta
5-6 petal of Garlic
3-4 Green Chilies
¼ Tomato (cut in Small pieces)
2 Table spoon Coriander (cut in small pieces)
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric
Salt to taste
First grind the Tomato, Garlic & Green chili. Then add Gram Atta, Rice Atta, Salt, Coriander and Turmeric and mix it nicely.
Heat the frying pan and spread 1 tea spoon oil on and prepare the Tomato Omelet like you prepare a Dosa.
