Step by step recipe for Potato Rolls[Indian style]

This is a step by step Recipe for Potato Rolls[Indian style]. A great Snacks recipe.

Ingredients
8 Cups Maida
6 Potatoes
7 Green Chilies
3 Table spoon Corn flour
2 Pinch Garam Masala
1 Tea spoon Til
1 Tea spoon Amchur Powder
1 Tea spoon Sugar
6-7 Mint leaves
1 Cup Coriander
2 Tea spoon Ghee
¼ Cup Wheat flour
3 Tea spoon Ghee
Salt to taste

Preparation
First boil & peal the potatoes then shred them.
Then take the Chilies, Mint leaves, Salt and grind all of them to make a paste and then add the Corn flour & Ghee mix it nicely .
Then add Sugar, Amchur Powder, Salt, Til, Garam Masala and the shredded Potatoes and mix all of them nicely to make a thick paste for the filling.
After that take the Maida and add 3 tea spoon hot Ghee and make a dough for the chapattis.
Then prepare 2 chapattis and spread the potatoes mixture on the chapatti and roll tightly.
Then cut in to small round rolls and deep fry them till they turn into a nice shade of golden brown.
Serve hot.
