Recipe for Stuffed Capsicum

This is a step by step Recipe for Stuffed Capsicum or Bharwa Shimla Mirch as this dish is popularly called in Hindi. This is a main course dish and is suitable for most parties.
The recipe given by me is in a step-by step manner to make the preparation of Stuffed Capsicum simple, easy and not time-consuming.

Ingredients
6 Medium size Capsicums
250 gram Carrot
400 grams Tomatoes
250 grams Onion
1 Tea spoon Pepper
Salt to taste
1 Tea spoon Oil

Preparation
Wash Capsicum and cut from the centre, Chop finely the Carrot and Onion.
Boil Tomatoes for 10 minutes. Peel the upper skin and grind in a mixer.
Strain through a wire sieve to remove the seeds.
Heat Oil and fry the Onion till golden, add Carrot and fry till soft, add salt and pepper.
Stuff this mixture in a Capsicum. Take a heavy bottomed pan. Put oil and fry Capsicum on low heat till soft. Now add Tomato gravy and little Salt. Cook till Tomato gravy becomes thick like sauce, Remove and sprinkle pepper.
