Recipe Hot Soufflé

This is a step by step Recipe for making at home sweet and delicious Hot Soufflé. This is a Tea time treat. With just a little bit of extra trouble you can turn those tea times into terrific treats for your family or guests.

Preparation Time- 60 Minutes
Serves- 4 Persons

Ingredients
¼ Cup plain flour
½ Cup Caster Sugar
1 liter Milk
4 Table spoon Butter
5 Eggs
1 Tea spoon Vanilla essence

Preparation
Stir ¼ cup plain flour and Castor Sugar and mix in 100 ml cold Milk and make a smooth paste.
Put 900 ml Milk to heat and add the Butter to it. When hot remove from the flame and gradually mix in the flour paste until smooth.
Put the mixture back on a low flame and keep stirring until it becomes thick and let it cook for five minutes.
Then lightly beat five egg yolks and mix it in to the hot Milk mixture.
Let the mixture cool down completely and then add one tea spoon Vanilla essence.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the Milk mixture.
Grease the Oven dish and bake the mixture for 30 minutes or in a Microwave Owen for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately or it will sink
