Recipe for Paratha Pizza

This is a step-by-step recipe for preparing Paratha Pizza. This Paratha Piza is popular among kids and can be served for breakfast or even the main course meals.

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
3 Cup Wheat Atta [flour]
5-6 Potatoes (boiled)
4 Green Chilies
1” Ginger paste
¼ Cup Coriander
Salt to taste
Butter

For Toppings
1 Medium size Onion
1 Cup of Mushroom (cut in to medium size pieces)
1 Big Onion (cut in Rounded pieces)
1 Big Tomato (cut in Rounded pieces)
½ Cup Tomato sauce
½ Tea spoon Black pepper
½ Cup Cheese (shredded)
1 Tea spoon Chat Masala
Salt to taste

Preparation
Take 3 cups Wheat Atta and add 1 tea spoon salt, some water and soak the Atta to prepare the Dough.
After that take the smashed and boiled Potatoes (or shredded) and add Salt, Ginger paste, Green Chilies, Coriander and mix it nicely.
Then make 2 small Chapattis and put the Potato mixture in between them, then press the 2 chapattis from both the sides and then roll to make a paratha.
After that heat the Tawa, put that paratha and fry it nicely with oil.
Then heat 1 spoon of butter and then add Onion and fry till the colour change in to Pink, add Mushroom, Salt and Black pepper.
Then take 1 Paratha and spread Tomato sauce and then arrange Onion and Tomato slices for topping. After that spread the Mushroom mixture, Cheese and Chat Masala.
Pre-heat the Microwave and put the Pizza inside the Microwave and bake on convection mode for 10-12 minutes.
Serve hot.
