This Recipe is for preparing at home Mushroom Omelette. This vegetarian omelette dish, suitable for breakfast or the main course is very nutritional, very easy to prepare and does not require much preparation or time.
Salt to taste
3-4 Mushrooms (Cut in small size)
Green Chilies (cut in small size)
Oil to fry
Beat the Eggs until they doubles in size. Add all the ingredients except mushrooms.Heat the Oil in a frying pan and put the mixture in the Pan and spread it in the frying pan.
Then add the Mushrooms on top of the Omelette and cook for 2 minutes on slow sim.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
